Welcome to my personal web site. I am Melanie Allen, 37/f/usa. I have an ecclectic collection of creative pursuits. This site is my home for sharing examples to friends, collaborators, and patrons.
I'm passionate about open source software and hardware. I particularly prefer software and hardware projects that further ecological and liberatory objectives. I'm building an organization called Open Ecological Technology.
I do a variety of performance art, including aerial silks, prop manipulation, and dance. I create visual art in several mediums, digital and physical. And sometimes digital made physical with 3D Printing. I also enjoy vegan plant-based cooking.

- I deleted LinkedIn and I am working on migrating my portfolio here and on codeberg. I am retiring my "worksona" and becoming a full time anti-establishment freelancer ;).
- I went seaweed harvesting!
